Hello,

I’m planning to host a LAN (local area network) party for up to 200 people. Would your venue able to hold that much? Would be sufficient to supply table and seatings for such an amount of people? And most importantly: Could it deal with such a power consumption? Per PC up to 1Kw! Any other information about your venue like rent prices is mostly appreciated.

I am a final year student, studying at The University of Surrey. As part of my degree I have been assigned to investigate the logistics of setting up a conference day for students whom have an interest in Project management. My task (and the reason for my contact) is to assess the real costs of organising such a project by acquiring accurate information about venues, prices for those venues and the service provided for the set cost. The theoretical date for this project is set for the 1st October 2012 with an estimate attendance of around 500 people (give or take).

If you would be kind enough to provide me with the cost of hiring an area of your venue that would accommodate 500 people for a whole day I would very much appreciate it. If you could also provide information about “break out rooms” for tea & coffee that are available that would also be very much appreciated.
