Sheba Restaurant
With Brick Lane recently launched as the ‘Curry Capital 2012’ to promote the area ahead of the Olympic Games, the spotlight is suddenly on this colourful, traditional and diverse part of London.
Sheba Restaurant at 136 Brick Lane, E1, by the Truman Brewery, is a vibrant venue, full of character, with a private dining room which sits up to 50 people for a company dinner. When combined with the spacious restaurant, which can also be hired, the total capacity is 120 people.
Open for almost 40 years this is still a family owned business, Sheba is fantastic food destination, offering traditional and modern Bengal dishes not found in other nearby restaurants. The food is exquisitely fresh, and the attention to detail and service is high.
