Wed 23rd November 2011, 7pm-9pm to hold approximately 70+ (seated)
Fri 2nd December 2011, 7pm-9pm to hold approx 70+ (seated, and space for meditation if need be)
Mon 12th December 2011, 7pm-9pm to hold approx 60-70+ (seated)
All our talks are in the evening, 7pm – 9pm. We would need to be there earlier for all talks to have our volunteers meet, greet and take payment form attendees at the door. What would be the earliest arrival and leaving times?

Please could you also confirm:
What deposit would be required and what is the process for payment?
Is there a hire contract or terms and conditions I could look at?
What are payment T&C’s?
What do you need from us?
